1. Service Agreement

By engaging Astha Packers And Movers ("the Company") for packing, moving, or transportation services, the customer ("the Client") agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking and Estimates

• All estimates provided are approximate and based on information provided by the Client
• Final charges may vary based on actual volume, weight, distance, and services required
• A booking confirmation requires a non-refundable advance payment of 20% of the estimated charges

3. Client Responsibilities

• The Client must provide accurate information about items to be moved
• Dangerous, illegal, or perishable items are strictly prohibited
• The Client must ensure proper access for loading/unloading at both locations
• All necessary permissions for moving must be obtained by the Client

4. Company Responsibilities

• We will provide trained personnel and proper equipment for the move
• All items will be handled with reasonable care
• We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for goods in transit
• We will make reasonable efforts to meet scheduled timelines

5. Payment Terms

• 80% payment due before loading begins
• Balance payment due upon delivery before unloading
• Payment methods: Cash, UPI, Bank Transfer
• Delayed payments may incur interest charges of 1.5% per month

6. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation within 48 hours of service: 50% of estimated charges
• Cancellation after vehicle dispatch: 100% of estimated charges
• Postponement requests require 24 hours notice

7. Liability and Claims

• Maximum liability for any lost or damaged item is limited to ₹500 per item unless declared in advance
• Special items (artwork, antiques, etc.) require prior valuation and special handling arrangements
• Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
• Original purchase receipts may be required for high-value claims

8. Storage Services

• Storage charges are calculated weekly or monthly
• Minimum storage period: 1 week
• Items unclaimed after 90 days may be disposed of after notice
• Client must insure stored items at their own cost

9. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, riots, strikes, government actions, or transportation failures.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.

11. Amendments

Astha Packers And Movers reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
